At Resch Brewing & Distilling, we are proud to share our family history of brewing that spans back several generations. What began as a humble passion for quality brews by Edmund Resch has now started a new life in our small batch brewery at The Imperial Hotel Paddington, NSW Australia.

 

Our commitment is to craft a distinctive selection of premium beers that evoke a feeling of nostalgia with each and every sip. Our Spirits are made with pure spring water sourced from the pristine NSW Southern Highlands. Our "SPIRIT OF THE MID WEST" introduces you to the true origins of our produce and love of the land.
