Quality time in the saddle with Australia's best trainers and personalities. Snake Creek Cattle Company offers a wide range of horse facilities to accommodate educational clinics, horse events & small agricultural shows & demonstrations. Our rustic Ranch Arena features sand surfaces, guest viewing facilities in a garden environment, livestock and horse accommodation.

The Ranch Arena

​The Ranch Arena offers viewing facilities, seating stands, lighting and a sound system.

 

To be able to give the horses the best they deserve, the Ranch Arena is equipped with a 60 x 40 sand arena, wash bay, hitching rails,  overnight and holding yards with shade, drinking troughs and safe tie up areas. and parking at the cafe.

Ranch Camp.

Our Ranch Camp offers designated camping spaces for competitors and their horses, cosy campfire hospitality, and farm stay accommodation—including our rustic tiny homes. We have both powered and non-powered campsites available.

The space spans over 2 acres of beautifully kept gardens, featuring a horseshoe-style ceremony area, rustic ranch-style bathrooms, and a fully equipped catering zone. Enjoy dinner under the stars and fireside cooking, featuring pasture-raised meats and fresh local ingredients—bringing people together with good food and country charm.

Phil Webb

For over 40 years, Phil Webb has been involved in the Quarter Horse industry. His horsemanship abilities are amongst the top in Australia, improving the most green rider to the most experienced showman with their horsemanship and cattle handling. ​

Scott Campbell

As a trainer Scott has a passion for horses and cattle. He thinks cutting horses are the ultimate athletes in the horse world. He loves riding young horses and feeling their progress and confidence build week in week out.

Matt Charles

Matt has been training Reining horses and coaching riders of all disciplines for more than 15 years and has a passion for teaching people and their horses about body control, feel, good communication, awareness of your horses body and horse and rider confidence.

Jay Charnock

Jay Charnock has been riding for most of his life, competing in a range of different equestrian disciplines, from English/European, to Western, to Australian sports like Polocrosse and most important of all – Campdrafting.

Robert Mackay

Robert Mackay has been involved in the cutting horse industry for decades, training and competing. Robert was the Open Futurity Finalist in 2023, and his wife Lori is the NCHA Vice President & Chairperson of Youth.

Quentin Stapleton

Quentin Stapleton is based in Oberon, NSW. Here he runs a horse training operation, named QRS Equine Services, specialising in Reined Cowhorses. Among many accomplishments in his ridden career, Quentin was the 2022 ARCHA Open Derby Champion and most recently the 2023 NRCHAA Open Derby Champion.

Corey Holden

Corey Holden is based just out of Cobram, Victoria at his performance horse farm C Bar H Cutting Horses. Corey and his wife, Trudy, specialise in training and showing Quarter Horses for campdrafting, cutting and the performance horse industry.

Corey has been operating professionally for over 20 years, and just recently at the 2024 NCHA Futurity in Tamworth took out first place in the Open Final.

Sue Williams

Sue Williams has been a Professional Horse Trainer for over 40 years, starting, training and showing many Open, Amateur, and Non-Pro horses to a State & National level, in both western and English disciplines.

Sue has competed since 1978 in Victoria and is still successfully competing in Ranch events today. Sue established the Ranch Horse Association in October 2022 and holds the President position.

Grant Quigley

Grant Quigley is based in Loomberah just out of Tamworth NSW. 

Here Grant runs his performance horse establishment Q stud 

specializing in cutting horse 

training and horsemanship. 

 

Grant has a positive coaching approach and prepares clients for the 

show pen with his mental conditioning program.
