About the weekend

Learn to achieve better body control & be more connected to your horse, build confidence in competition or everyday environment.

Feel free to arrive friday afternoon to set up camp in our "Ranch Camp". On the campsite we offer powered and non powered campsites. The area consists over 2 acres of beautifully maintained garden which includes a horse shoe style ceremony area, rustic ranch style bathrooms and a fully equipped catering area.

What's included?

- One campsite per booking

- One Horse yard per booking

- Breakfast on both days

- Lunch on both days

- Saturday evening dinner under the stars

SATURDAY

8.30am  

Cowgirls Over Coffee Session

- Welcome and Get to know session

- Setting intentions for the clinic

10am 

“Feel and Timing” – exercises for any discipline

“Riding with Intention” – to the arena and everyday life.

“When you’re on, you’re on” – bringing your best self to your works every day and transferring it to the arena”

1pm 

Mechanical cow – Form to function.

Using the Mechanical Cow as a tool to train a horse on many levels.

3pm 

Working Cattle 

Transferring your ‘form to function’ skillset to the arena. Ride your horse for where he is at, don’t train to a calender.

SUNDAY

8am  

“Setting up your day for Success” – What’s your morning routine?

YOGA, MEDITATION AND JOURNALLING (please bring yoga clothes and a yoga matt if you have one)

9am 

Cowgirls Over Coffee Session

"Nerves are a good thing, they mean you care” – strategies to help with competition nerves and anxiety.

10am   

Mechanical cow – Form to function

1pm 

Goal Setting Session

2pm   

Picking cattle

How to approach cattle, controlling a cow.

4pm  

Recap and setting intentional steps to achieving your goal.
