Snake Creek Cattle Company is a family operation with an established background in the Pub industry and beef production. With our own master butcher and customer direct programs as well as steakhouse operations.
Our produce is 100% grass finished hormone and chemical free. Bred in the Southern Highlands and finished on our property in the Central West we control the entire process.
We breed a mix of pure Angus and Wagyu. The finishing country in the Central West provides and ideal environment and pastures to graze and grow out our cattle. We maintain ethical cattle management practices. Our beef is processed at Breakout River Meats in Cowra then sold via our farm shop in the Highlands at either of our Sydney Pubs.
Venue hire from country barns and a ranch arena through to fireside function facilities. We host families, international visitors and corporate groups from couples through to entire farm reunions, conferences and family gatherings in an authentic country environment. Functions, conferences and events can be organized along with catering featuring farm fresh produce.
